If you aren’t 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund or exchange it within 30 days of the shipping date.
We offer FREE return shipping for US domestic orders. To request a return shipping label for your purchase, simply fill the Online Return Authorization Form below. Once your request has been received we will review and send a return shipping label to the email address provided. Item must be returned in original condition with applicable tags, boxes, and packing slip. Once the return is received please allow up to 5 - 7 business days for a refund to be completed. Refunds will only be done back to the original form of payment.
** All custom order work, engraving, and special orders are non-refundable unless written permission is obtained by Gabriel Jewelers.

SHIPPING INFO
Currently we are only able to accept online orders to shipping addresses within the United States, and do not ship internationally. To ensure the secure delivery of your order, Gabriel Jewelers. does not ship orders to post office boxes. Gabriel Jewelers is able to accept post office box addresses for your billing needs.
For each address within the United States, the following charges apply:
Ground Shipping: $0
Please allow 4-5 business days. Items ordered together may not always ship together.
Next-day delivery: $35
Please allow 1-2 bussiness days for delivery. Items ordered together may not always ship together.
For Next-day delivery, orders placed before 12:00PM PST Monday through Thursday will be delivered on the following day. Orders placed on Friday before 12:00PM PST will be delivered Monday. If you require Saturday delivery, please call our location to confirm. Sunday and holiday delivery is not available. Next-day delivery is not offered personalized items.
